24-channel DC voltage (or current) signal acquisition module

This product is a data acquisition module designed for real-time measurement and collection of 24-channel DC voltage (or current) signals. It utilizes linear optocoupler isolation to achieve isolation between each channel.

Signal measurement employs multi-channel 24-bit high-precision AD conversion chips, enabling universal AC/DC signal detection with high accuracy, excellent stability, and fast sampling speed. It adopts the standard RS485 bus MODBUS-RTU protocol and is widely used in industries such as aging test equipment, production automation detection, and computer room monitoring. The product features the following characteristics:



24-channel DC voltage, current, or combined voltage/current measurement (total of 24 channels), compatible with both AC and DC signals;



Fast speed, completing the acquisition of 24 channels of data in as little as 100ms;



High precision, utilizing multi-channel 24-bit AD conversion with a linear measurement range of up to 0.2%;



Seven adjustable acquisition speeds: 100ms, 160ms, 240ms, 300ms, 400ms, 600ms, and 800ms, enabling measurement of all electrical parameters within the set time;



Wide power supply range of 9-30VDC or 9-55VDC, with optional network communication output;



High reliability, with isolation between each channel, full isolation between power supply, communication, and the measured end, and a withstand voltage greater than 2500V;



Two optional configuration methods: hardware DIP switch for setting address and baud rate, or software configuration;



7.62mm large-spacing pluggable terminals for convenient wiring;



Optional RJ45 Ethernet interface communication output, supporting Modbus-TCP protocol;
